Why they chose this property
My favorite part about Greeley is that it is really homey. I love my go-to coffee shop, Margie's Java Joint, and walking my dog at Bittersweet park/lake. Whenever I am shopping or just walking around people are super nice and friendly. I moved from Denver to Greeley and couldn't have made a better decision.

My property stands out because it has a prime location less than a mile from UNC, less than a mile from Banner North Colorado Medical Center, and less than a mile from Downtown Greeley. This makes it a great place for parents, students, medical professionals, and everyone in between. On top of that it is always clean, comfortable, and quiet with plenty of parking in the back and a 20ft by 15ft fenced dog run for your furry friends.
