GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to entire villa except the garage and laundry room (possible exception for long term stays).
Lower spa available for unlimited guest use. Upper spa available for additional fee of $75 for four hours - inquire with host for additional info and restrictions.
No visitors are allowed (only registered guests).
You will need to show a photo ID and check in at the security gate upon arrival.
Community pool and clubhouse access is not allowed (residents only)

COMMUNITY CONSTRUCTION:
Plaza del Mar is a new growing community of upscale homes. Currently there are two new homes under construction next door. Contractors do their best to accommodate residents and guests alike, but there's a possibility of experiencing some level of construction noise during your stay. Allowable construction hours are 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday. 8am - 12pm Saturday. No construction allowed on Sundays.
