Get cozy in this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom newly renovated lake-front home in Homer, NY! Spacious patio that leads to hot tub or level lake-frontage - whatever your seasonal pleasure. Enjoy fishing off the dock, swimming, or kayaking (2 provided) in the warmer months. Or hit the slopes at nearby Song Mountain, Greek Peak, and Labrador Mountain in the snowier months!
You'll enter into the open concept kitchen and living area with plenty of seating for all your guests to enjoy. Kick your feet up on our custom sectional, turn on the gas fireplace, click on the smart TV, and get cozy! During warmer months, step out onto the patio to experience stunning lake gathered around the fire table or dining table while enjoying your favorite grilled food!
Also on the first floor you'll find a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms with queen beds and smart TVs.
Upstairs is the luxury bathroom! Step into the double-faucet shower and soak your troubles away! There are also 2 cozy bedrooms each with a queen bed.
