Beautiful luxury rental with outstanding city and mountain views. This property is nestled in a very quiet gated neighbourhood at the end of Campbell Avenue. Its close proximity to luxury shopping and restaurants makes it a very desirable place to live in. Just five minutes from La Encantada, which is a beautiful shopping concept with restaurants and stores that appeal to the senses of the gourmet shopper and foodie. You will experience some of the best city views sitting by the pool on cool summer evenings.
A gourmet kitchen for the chef in you and a living room that allows for a comfortable, quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
There are several hiking trails in close proximity to the property. Pima Canyon, which is a ten minute drive, is a major canyon located in the Pusch Ridge Wilderness of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Finger Rock is one of the most popular hiking destinations in the Tucson area. The trailhead is located 3.5 miles from the property. Sabino Canyon, one of the premier natural areas on Southern Arizona, is located at the base of the Santa Catalinas and a 15 minute drive.
A 20 minute drive to the University of Arizona and 20 minutes to the I-10 makes this property very desirable to live in while visiting Tucson.
