This unit is a 2 bed 2 bath furnished basement with 1 available driveway parking spot, 1 street parking spot, and private access from the back of our home. The basement is soundproofed and separated from the top floor by sealed doors. The backyard is divided into two spaces, so you may enjoy your own patio lit by string lights with a beautiful view of Mt. Olympus. Brand new xeriscaping and landscaping throughout the property offer a pleasant ambiance and low maintenance. The freshly remodeled kitchen is equipped with everything one will need to cook meals. The beautiful epoxy concrete floors make cleanup easy. Quick access to the interstate, everything feels close to this central location. World-class hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and rock climbing are all within a 20-minute drive!

Holladay Havens is both Devine and comfortable!

Beautifully curated space on a quiet street, has a nice view of mount Olympus, a stellar patio with a gas fireplace outside, and nice landscaping. The food hall is a nice little walk for dinner that is also tucked up in this neighborhood that offers good Italian, bbq, fresh tacos, aqui bowls and coffee all local and under one roof, neat concept. Whether skiing Mountain,' biking, hiking or working remote this spot has you high on the east bench with easy access to all things outdoors. Highly recommend! Thanks for the great stay!
