Central Ninth is emerging as one of the City’s most exciting neighborhoods with many new cafes, restaurants and brew pubs and a rapidly growing housing stock. This recently completed building offers a sunlight filled 1- and 2-bedroom unit accessed via the lobby and building elevator. The unit features a modernist esthetic with a full complement of stainless-steel appliances, granite and wood counter tops, and plenty of cook and dinnerware for a home cooked meal. Countertop appliances include coffee grinder, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom has a floating vanity and a shower over a tub. The separate LR-BR features a full sofa bed.
