Why they chose this property

We love this property because its location is so convenient. It is close to downtown. It's an easy hop onto i-80 but still quiet. It is close the canyons and mountains. The dog park is down the street and Parley's Trail is just across the street. Eggs in the City, a wonderful breakfast/lunch place is right next door!
