Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

Cape Canaveral - Back to the Future

Loved the location and appreciated the extra of the pool and the laundry room. The location so close to the beach was a great asset, and watched two launches. Quiet environment and good communication with rental agency. We would stay there again. We made friends with our next door neighbors from Maine - a plus!

Inside was adequate, clean, modern appliances. Inside lighting and storage space was minimal. Nice to be footsteps to beach and area was exceptional. Had to ask for broom and new coffee machine. Items were given/replaced within 24 hours.

As per photos, quiet location. Newly interior Reno’s , older building. Poor kitchen lighting During our stay Dec 2023, half the units where under construction /reno. So some distracting construction noise and activity.

David was he property manager who became my therapist during our stay with the many problems we had.

Disappointed..they advertised having a dishwasher and there wasn’t one. The couch had its arm chewed off by a previous customer’s dog, no coffee pot until we called them. We had issues with the sink which were addressed, 4 towels for 13 days, coin laundry. The pool wasn’t cleaned, debris from the landscape was all over the place. I spent more time on he phone and emailing than I wanted to regarding issues. The location was great. 20 to check in early per hour or stay later was a little crazy to me. David resolved most issues. New couch arrived the day before we left. Hopefully it is more comfortable than the chewed up one. We did agree on a refund for the inconvenience which I appreciate.
