The property is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is great, stocked with enough frying pans to make a full breakfast. There are several plates and plenty of silverware. The toaster there is awesome. We love the screened in porch and couldn't believe how cool it was out there in the evenings!

The house was absolutely beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept on and want to buy for home! Location Location Location, we were so close to everything including the Beach. We went and had the propane filled for the grill and enjoyed dinner a couple of nights. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking breakfast and dinner. We love Rockport and come down from OK several times a year, We will definitely stay again

Great little vacation place. You can see the pictures. Let's talk about the thoughtful touches you can't see. This was a family vacation for ages 79 to 2. The entrance has wide sturdy stairs making it easy for older guests to navigate safely. We found toddler friendly plates, cups and dinnerware. The beds are very comfortable. AC works great. For tall travelers. the shower heads in both bathrooms are tall enough to allow you to actually stand up to shower instead of stooping over to wash your hair. Enough covered parking for at least 3 cars. Nice location close to the beach but not in a party neighborhood. Peace & quiet the entire week. This is our second year to vacation here. We will definitely return.

This house was great! The kitchen was amazingly stocked. It had small pots, large pots, a cookie sheet, serving bowls, every thing we needed to make Hopping John for New Year! I can't think of anything derogatory. I just wished it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the screened porch more.
