Guest access
This is not a neighborhood. You will be in the middle of a 4500 acre private state forest so you can drive on the roads, use bicycles, use a Class One EBike, mountain bike and hike. You’re welcome to bring your boat (airboat, bass boat, John boat, kayak, canoe, pontoon boat) property is located directly on Lake Kissimmee and with 260 feet of shoreline!
Other things to note
Internet is high speed capable of VPN for those who work from home.

This is a remote area waterfront for people who actually want to get away, experience nature and disconnect from technology and work. At night it’s one of the darkest places you’ll ever experience because there’s no light pollution so you can see every star in the sky. You can watch fire flies twinkle in the night sky, hear the unique sound Bald Eagles make as they fly overhead and owls hooting at night. Special place where you can unplug. Florida’s natural beauty at its best.
