Our host was very attentive and responded to all of our needs....There were a couple of glitches but all worked out without incident....The main problem was not our hosts but was the problem of the River Ranch building....the lights for the stairs were not working. We reported the trouble and it was repaired within the hour....A combination of our host and River Ranch made our stay great a great experience...

Everything was pretty much great. Staff was extremely friendly everywhere we went the only drawback might be the food quality need some help. But overall great place. Will be back next year

Great location

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is the perfect location to enjoy all River Ranvh has to offer. The beds are the most comfortable we have slept in. Just a suggestion if you drink coffee bring your own Keurig pods. None left in room for you and the General Store at River Ranch doesn’t sell them

Room was just as advertised.

Stayed at this location for a wedding onsite. The room is just as described-no less, no more. Was a wee bit disappointed that the electronic lock was not working prior to our arrival, so the host had the cleaners leave it unlocked with an actual room key inside. The room could be updated but was clean, so unless this bothers you, this is the one for you.

Love the River Ranch

The room was nice overall but I think there should have been a discounted rate for tv not working. Weather was cold and we spent more time in our room than anticipated so it would have been nice to have that. Wasn’t told about non working tv until after we paid. Listing should be updated accurately to reflect condition at booking. Other than that, the room was decorated nicely and it was a great stay..
