Potential unrealized

We have stayed at VRBO's in Colonial Beach before and had a good idea of what to expect. However, these owners need to decide if they want to be professional with their VRBO. The listing doesn't state there is NO parking, not off street not on street either. 1/3rd of both bedrooms are taken up with owner stuff, they are small rooms to begin with...WHY? One bedroom door has no knob...WHY? There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom...WHY? There is a very sketch "seating unit" in the back yard that is made up of old pallets with some cushions on it, no thank you! Could be a very cute place, but.....

Zero stars wasnt an option

I woyld not recommend this pkace to anyone. There werent plates on outlet plugs, roaches on the floor and in the screen of kitchen window. Has a hot tub and water was brown and fulled with bugs. Yard was dirty with leaves and spuder webs. Paint was chipping off house and fro t porch. Front porch was pieced togethwr with random pieces of wood. Missing door handle to one bedroom door. Had a screened in porch but was locked and full of junk in big piles. Both bedrooms had closets but they had padlocks on it. You could barely move in bedroom because they had to much in room. One toom had plasric shelfing in it which had paint on ir and tbey just threw a black drop cloth over ir. House looked like a storage unit. Owner drove by the house several times which is creepy. There was a golf card to use but it kept breaking down. Saw the owner in pubic with another woman and owner pointed at us. Just very creepy and felt unsafe. I had trouble sleeping at night because i was scared the owner was going to come over and just walk right in. It was just really weird. I wish i could share pictures here because its proof of how gross it was.
