Stay@Granite Ave. is a 1901 brick Victorian cottage. Built at a time when the front porch was a place to sit and enjoy the neighborhood. This home has a huge front porch that welcomes any and all to stay within it's walls.
Stay@Granite Ave. is located in a residential neighborhood that butts up to Downtown Albuquerque.
Here you'll find some tasty cafes, cool coffee shops, and awesome breweries, several within walking distance.
This suite DOES NOT HAVE A SHOWER, but a wonderful relaxing tub.
The space
The space has it’s own private entrance on the front porch.
Good size bedroom with 10’ ceiling, rich original wood floors and large window with transom add to the character of the space.
Remodeled bathroom in period appropriate deco creates a peaceful, relaxing, almost spa like feel with refurbished original 66” long claw foot for soaking. BATHING ONLY!! NO STANDING SHOWER!!!

Guest will enjoy having a front seat view on the large porch. Views of Sandia Mountain to the east, endless blue skies straight ahead and mesmerizing sunsets to the west.
Your suite consists of a good size bedroom, closet with mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and always a supply of local coffee.
The bathroom is private. Only accessible from your bedroom.
Other things to note
NO TAKING A SHOWER STANDING UP, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SHOWER. IT IS BATHING ONLY.
