Vince's home checked all the boxes, he responded immediately to the two minor issues we had, house is clean, beds are super comfy everything so well stocked! from paper products to k-cups to plentiful amount of plush towels. location cant be beat, side yard with access to the lake is an 11 out of 10. plenty of parking plus each bedroom has its own wall mounted air conditioning unit, thank you for amazing weekend!!

Stayed here for a 3-day weekend for a family wedding in the area. Great property right on the lake. House was clean, beds were relatively comfortable. Only negatives were that the kitchen could've been better stocked with a few more pots/frying pan and maybe some complimentary k-cups for the Keurig would’ve been nice. Cleaning crew should include sliding doors facing the waterfront in order to get the most of the fantastic view!House ac units worked great! Host was friendly, helpful and quick to respond. All in all, the property served us well.

Great Place Outside of Rochester

Stayed at this house when came to Rochester to see family & friends - was a great place to hang out and catch up. Made use of the many kayaks and side yard was great for kids - would highly recommend!

Beautiful property

Loved the view and the fenced in yard was great for our little one! Lots of seating on the deck and in the kitchen. Kids had a blast on the kayaks. Had a great experience with our stay!

A Wonderful Week on the Lake

My husband and I, brought my parents and 13 year old niece to the lake house for a week of relaxation and it was wonderful! The house was perfect!

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful house and property. Our family enjoyed both the beach and the side yard. The house is very clean with comfortable beds and equipped with effective A/C, which was key for a very hot week. The kayaks were a wonderful addition for the teens and adults in our party. Owner was quick and responsive.

Beautiful & clean property.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Kitchen was very clean and decently stocked. Beds were clean and comfortable. Most notable was the spectacular view of the lake, which was literally right out the back door. Several of us enjoyed the kayaks provided, while others sat on the deck and savored the coffee, which was also provided. A wonderful, relaxing time!

Family vacation oasis on the lake

Outstanding location and view. Good for family gathering. Just be prepared for bugs(spiders, mosquitos,). Also one of the bedrooms must be accessed thru the master suite( can be awkward if not family) nice yard for kids.

A perfect family spot!

This lakeside spot was such a treat for our family. We had beautiful weather and the kids loved the direct access to the water. With little ones, it was great to have a fenced in yard and enclosed deck that overlooked the water. We really appreciated the yard games, ping pong table, and board games/toys available. The sleeping arrangements were family friendly and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely home in dramatic spot on the lake

Very sweet clean home surrounded by water. Very dramatic views. We thoroughly enjoyed the house during an evening storm. Couches and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very nice to cook in. Great stay. Beautiful place.
