The fully equipped kitchen features appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space. A powder room is also located on this first level.
Each of the three bedrooms is ensuite, The first bedroom offers a Queen bed and has access to a private deck, while the second bedroom is ideal for children, with one full-size bed and one twin bed. The third bedroom, Queen bed, and a twin bed, access to another private deck. Outdoor BBQ and seating. Included are beach tags LINENS and TOWELS are NOT included

A Fantastic Beach Get-Away!

The property was lovely and, literally, a one-minute walk to a fantastic beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved our stay in this property. It is beautiful, clean, spacious and very close to the beach. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was wonderful. We loved the back deck, grill and balconies. Definitely plan to return!

Brigantine Retreat

Finding this house was a gem and an awesome place to call home for a few days. The short walk to the pristine beach was awesome. The house was clean and newly renovated- Summer 2024. There was a nice closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. Would recommend this place for sure.

Brigantine Gem!!

What a wonderful week we had at this beautiful home! It was immaculately clean and had everything that we needed. The location is perfect and is beach block. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!!! We will definitely be back to this beautiful Brigantine home.

This is a great beach house, not even a block from the beach. Being at the north end of Brigantine, the beach is narrower and less busy than the south end. Still a short drive to restaurants, supermarket and liquor store. The house was roomy with a well stocked kitchen. Good AC system, and event with six adults there were no issues with hot water. A bin in the back yard held beach chairs and boogey boards. Host was readily available via text and provided easy instructions to get in. We plan on a repeat rental next summer.
