Lake Denton's Lakeside Getaway

The lake was beautiful and the area peaceful and quiet. We gave a 3 for cleanliness since objects were left by housekeeping and the place was not exceptionally maintained inside and out. Our biggest issue was the accuracy of the online listing. This property is a duplex with a one bedroom apartment attached. Throughout our stay of two days and three nights, we experienced various people inhabiting the apartment, coming in and going out. The size of the vacationing parties was much bigger than could fit a one bedroom apartment. This contributed to the peacefulness of our vacation. This fact was not made known to us in the listing or the reviews. We would have made different plans if it was. The house was minimally stocked, as well. There were no extra linens, throws or pillows.

Hosts were very friendly! For any Sebring track teams, we got a 40’ gooseneck trailer and pickup into the driveway, so we were able to come down a few days before our event. Groceries about 10 min away. Very convenient and relaxing for a track event. We will be back for sure!

Best anniversary getaway

Stayed here for our 15th wedding anniversary and this place was perfect! Cozy house on a lake with lots to do. Perfect place for a romantic getaway! Loved it and will definitely be back!

We love spending time with our children, family, and friends. Making memories with loved ones is our favorite part of life. We aim to offer places for our guests to do the same with their loved ones.

The neighbors are kind and friendly. You are 15 minutes away from the 12 hours of Sebring Racetrack, 57 miles from Disney, 64 miles to Universal Studios, 51 miles to Gatorama, 33 miles to Legoland and 66 miles to Tampa. You are centralized so wherever you want to go for the day you can.

What makes this property unique

This is a quiet and private area where you can relax and have fun. The crystal clear spring fed lake is amazing. You can see 40 feet down and watch the fish for hours. The fish love the mussels you find and they will eat right out of your hands. I have seen 10lb, and 12lb Bass taken from this lake and have snorkeled watching bream and bass come right up to you. We have ducks on the lake and they will come see you in the evening. Occasionally you will see a Bald Eagle take a bath right on the beach. You have access to our dock where you can jump off of anytime. There is a hammock for your use as well. It's good fun for the entire family.
