Sunday to Sunday rental in prime time summer weeks. All NEW furniture and decor!!! TVs in all bedrooms and living room. There is also a comfy outdoor seating area under the home with a TV for relaxing and a table as well.
All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $12 per/day/night, per vehicle fee which is paid to ocean lakes. This parking pass allows ALL visitors to enjoy ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.
Linens are not supplied but linen service can be arranged and rented/purchased for an additional fee.

Security is 24/7 and strictly enforced, quiet hours in ocean lakes is between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
We rent to Families and Responsible Adults Only. Must be 25 years of age or older. We do not rent to house parties. Any violation will result in eviction without refund. There is a camera outside the home for security purposes.
