The house was quite clean and much larger than we expected. We had 14 people in our group and never felt crowded. Quite the opposite actually. It was very spacious! The host is an excellent commuicator and provided everything you could need when away from home. We would definitely stay here again. The Blackstone grill was a nice perk!

We spent spring break here, my husband and 8 kids. This has to be one the most stocked vbro we have ever stayed in. Very clean and something to do for everyone. My kids really loved the game room and the view from the deck was gorgeous. The host was exceptional and very quick with her responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Angie was kind and did respond to us. The location was beautiful with lots of outdoor seating! Bedrooms were big and spacious!However, the floors and bathrooms downstairs were dirty. Many light bulbs were out, a socket cover was missing, the trampoline was unsafe with holes and no net. The coffee maker never made the water hot.The neighbor, unannounced, walked up on our deck while we were eating dinner and plugged in an extension cord. We didn’t mind that he needed it done, but no introduction or text. We would have done it for him. Our family was caught off guard with our grandchildren running around and a “stranger “ approaching.Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed being together. Reading on the back deck was wonderful.These concerns are relatively minor and didn’t take away from the fun, They were just a disappointment.

This property is absolutely beautiful, and communication with the host was excellent. There were plenty of beds for everyone, and the home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kids had so much fun with the video games, and there was more than enough space to comfortably accommodate everyone’s needs.If you’re looking for a place to stay for a large family or a group of friends, I would definitely recommend this home. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—we were even able to check in a little early and check out a bit later. I truly hope my family gets the chance to stay here again!

Perfect Getaway.

The property was gorgeous and spacious enough for plenty of people! We had 8 people (2 of our friends had to cancel) and there was definitely room to spare! The home has everything you could need and we never even had to leave the property during our stay. The host was extremely friendly and even left some special extras for us. Communication was great! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place!

We had a group of 16 there and it was great for our group. We were off roading at TexPlex nearby. There was plenty of room to park our trucks and trailers. House was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare food for such a large group. The owner was great to with and available for any questions we had. I would definitely book again!

Very nice (and LARGE) home! Spacious rooms- 2 separate living rooms and kitchens as well. Loads of outdoor space- several layers of decks and patios. Angela is a great host and is very accommodating. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Branson.
