Easy getaway

The check in process was easy. There are multiple cabins so it can get confusing but there’s a map of the property. The cabin was very clean. We would stay again.

Review

Everything was excellent and property was at a very convenient location. The only slight negative was the communication with host / property manager via Vrbo app. I requested early check in but there was no acknowledgement to this request, as a result I could not take a risk of coming early with my infant. Everything else was great!

We are so sorry about that! The office was closed on July 4th, therefore we didn't receive the request. Usually we call each guest on the morning that they are to arrive and let them know what time they can check-in, or when their cabin will be ready and it is usually (90% of the time) much earlier. I am so sorry that we couldn't accommodate you for July 4th! Should you book again, I promise it will be earlier check in and that we will respond!
