We had a fantastic stay in Eastport! The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to all the amazing dining spots and right across the bridge from the Naval Academy. As a bonus, the best crab cakes in Maryland were served next door! The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Perfect spot for a memorable getaway with family and friends.
My family really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was nicely updated, well appointed and in a great spot. I would highly recommend it and we will be back to stay there whenever we return. Great place.
We love Eastport and this house is perfect for walking downtown and enjoying the vibe of a world class neighborhood. There are so many restaurants to enjoy and people to meet!
The property was exactly what was advertised. The location is great! It’s located beside a fabulous restaurant, Boatyard Bar and Grill, and within walking distance of historic downtown. A fun weekend!
Great location and very cozy place. As it’s adjacent to a very popular restaurant/bar, just be prepared for some early morning noise (6:30-ish) as the delivery trucks, and workers gear up for the day.

Great location
Great location with parking!!!! The house was well appointed but showing signs of use. We tried many times to address a few issues w/ the manger with no return communication on suggestions or how to fix the issues. Over all a nice w/e.
Great location but it is a main restaurant row so was noisy early morning. Place was decorated nicely and had plenty of towels and toiletries. Could use some updating in backyard. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed our stay.
The house is very beautiful and close to the water and the center of Annapolis. Our only complaint was noise coming from the restaurant/ bar next door. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and you will love the place.

Thank you Kathleen! I do know it is a little noisier right now because of the Covid/outdoor dining regulations. The outdoor tent takes up the full parking lot in front of the restaurant. Hopefully, as things continue to improve, we will go back to indoor dining!
We were visiting our son at USNA. Perfect distance to "get away" from Annapolis, yet a 15 minute walk to USNA when he needed to return. Location was perfect for our family and dog. Place was immaculate and nice size. Fenced-in backyard was perfect for family dinners and letting dog run. THANK YOU!!

So glad you had a great trip, and hope to see you many times over the next four years while your mid is at the Academy!
Excellent location in Eastport with private parking. Boatyard is our favorite restaurant, so when we are in town we typically visit multiple times. There was some noise from trash and recycling at night and in the mornings, but not terrible. Marie was very accommodating and communication was excellent. Looking forward to returning!
This home was exactly as described and worked well for our visit. It is conveniently located and we enjoyed the area, restaurants and proximity to the Naval Academy. The beds are very comfy, towels are thick and having coffee, shampoo and seasonings etc were a welcome surprise. My only hesitation is if you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. It is VERY close to a bustling restaurant ( and delicious ) and the noise is heard in the bedrooms in the evening and in the morning due to the staff. We were exhausted from our activities at the Academy so it didn’t affect us, but if you are easily woken or can’t sleep due to noise, this might not be for you. Overall we were very happy !
We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us. The house itself is really quite spacious (a rare find in the area!)--lots of space in the bedrooms. Lots of windows to bring in natural light--the windows along the stairway are especially nice. It had everything we needed for a four night stay.
The location is great--so close to everything we wanted to do. It was so awesome to have a driveway right outside the front door. And you can't beat being right next to a delicious restaurant! As some people have pointed out, there is some noise in the morning. But, honestly, it wasn't bad and didn't bother us at all.
This felt like a happy, cozy, comfortable place for us. We can't wait to return!
This property was perfect for our long weekend in Annapolis. We were able to check in a little early which worked out especially well because it was pouring rain… we were able to arrive ahead of weekend traffic, check in, drop off the dog & our bags, and dash next door to The Boatyard for happy hour & awesome crab cakes to start our weekend.
Beds and furniture were comfy. House is well equipped with features and amenities to make it an enjoyable place to spend time. House rules and check-in/check-out processes are clear and simple to comply with. And the location is fantastic for access to the waterfront, strolling to City Center, enjoying local restaurants. The driveway parking for 2+ cars made it easy to come & go during busy times without the hassle or cost of finding parking.
We enjoyed this home and Eastport. Just wish our schedules would have allowed us to stay a few more days. Next time, we’ll clear our calendars to stay longer!
Thank you, Marie, for the gracious hospitality.
We loved our stay. Very comfortable quaint house. We were a little concerned at first about the restaurant next door but it turned out to be a huge bonus. We did not hear any noise even at night, except your typical road noise which you have everywhere downtown Annapolis. Annapolis is a Foodie town and we can honestly say the restaurant next door had the best Food, Crab cakes were phenomenal! It’s a short walk over the Eastport bridge to downtown Annapolis or simply cross the street and catch the water taxi. We will definitely stay again!
Spent a week here during sailing school nearby. Great location and everything you need for a pleasant stay in the heart of Eastport. Many restaurants nearby and tons of places to venture to on foot. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay in Eastport while visiting our son at the Naval Academy. The house was clean, comfortable and pretty! We were within walking distance of of DTA and Easport itself had many wonderful food options as well. Having a driveway was an extra bonus. The manager was wonderful-answering questions and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
A great house with offstreet parking, good location since our boat was at the Annapolis City Marina right across the street, next door to Dockside Bar & Grill, just aroind the corner from both Eastport and Annapolis Yacht Clubs.
Amazing location!! Great house for small group, 2 couples.
House was exactly as described, super convenient to downtown, on-site parking, comfortable and well taken care of. Next door to wonderful restaurant, and still in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back to this property and thankful to the owners for renting their place!!

I manage a number of properties in the Historic Annapolis and Eastport area, and this is one I manage. The owner is a local restaurateur, and the property compliments his restaurant next door. It has a very local, Eastport vibe and sailors flair. I think you will enjoy it very much!
