Located on the island's golf cart-friendly west side (but still near the center of town) you’ll be close enough to walk to the Lighthouse, one-half block from the bay and four blocks to the ocean. From the expansive windows, your view includes a tad of the bay, reminding you that the bigger bay and gulf are calling. What a peaceful and private spot on the Island.

This open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features a vaulted ceiling and picture windows letting the Florida sunshine stream in. With lots of counter space, the kitchen is perfect for rustling up quick meals on the go or lingering for a larger gathering. There are seats galore in the living room and the dining table comfortably seats seven. For al fresco dining, use the large screened-in dining porch underneath the house, or the large sun deck by the front door.
