The Space:
• 4 bedroom unit with queen size beds each (5th bedroom is the loft in the unit)

• TV provided

• Boat slip may be provided upon request with a fee

Guest Access:
• Electronic keypad which controls access to the apartment

• Smart Locks enable the best security and allow a contactless check-in process

• Guest will gain access to the property with a door code

The Neighborhood:
• A minute drive and about 5 mins on foot to Dog Days Bar and Grill

• A minute drive and about 5 mins on foot to BomBay Boat Rental Company at Dog Days and Captain Bob's Boat Rentals & Charters

• 4 minute drive to Miner Mike's Inc (35,000-sq-ft family fun center with an interactive maze, rides & games, plus a snack bar.)

• 3 minute drive to Putt 'N Stuff Family Fun Center

• 7 minute drive to Hy-Vee Grocery Store

Getting Around:
• Free self parking is available onsite.

• Located in Osage Beach, GoZark Resort and Villas is on the waterfront and close to Osage Beach Premium Outlets and Bear Creek Valley Golf Club. This resort is within the vicinity of Paradise Parasail Inc. and Bagnell Dam.

Other Things to Note:
• Pool Under Renovation. Expected Availability by June or July

• Guests under the age of 25 are restricted from booking entire place if they live locally and don’t have at least 3 positive reviews

• Please honor quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am

• Items Left Behind: Shipping starts at $25. For bigger items, the cost may vary

• GENERAL LIFE RULE: If you see it, read it; if you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.`

• Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7

• Please note that periodic maintenance visits, including services like pest control, landscaping, pool cleaning, and trash collection, may occur during your stay. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, we'll notify you in advance if any scheduled appointments coincide with your reservation dates.
