Impeccable views from this mountain chalet tucked in the trees on one of North Idaho's most beautiful golf courses! 3,800 sq feet of custom built, modern rustic charm with radiant floor heat throughout. Open floor plan with 30 ft ceiling, gas fireplace, chef's kitchen with Wolf range, and huge granite island. Dining table converts to a ping pong and pool table for after dinner gaming. Private, fenced yard has a gas fireplace. Close to town but feels far away as elk are frequent visitors here!

Walking in, the great room with floor to ceiling windows and cozy gas fireplace welcome you. The main floor master suite with reclaimed wood walls, giant jetted soaker tub, and tile shower is just down the hall from the half bath and laundry room. Upstairs, find a quaint reading area with spectacular views of the mountains and golf course. Also upstairs, two more bedrooms and the guest bathroom with dual vanity. Steps away, find the large gym which is used as our 4th bedroom with a queen Murphy bed. The gym is complete with treadmill, bike, weights, and Pilates reformer. There is also a daybed and a trundle in the loft area. The 3 car heated garage has a kitchenette, half bath, poker table, and a separate tv/movie area. We keep the heat in the garage lower in the colder months so if you plan on using this space in the winter, let us know and we can turn the heat up ahead of time. Our fully fenced back yard is complete with a custom stone patio, gas fire pit, and covered seating to relax in the shade. In the warmer months, enjoy the hammock which is perfect to watch the hummingbirds which frequently visit.

You will have the whole house and garage to yourself minus 2 locked closets and 1 locked storage room which have security cameras inside. Please respect locked spaces.

The silver valley is one of Idaho's best kept secrets with its rich mining history, captivating beauty, and easy access to Coeur d'Alene, Montana, and Washington! The awesome town of Kellogg is 15/20 mins west of Wallace and 35 mins east of Coeur d'Alene.

Parking is in the garage, driveway, or street.

You can walk to the AMAZING and unique Galena Ridge golf course or a quick 5 minute drive to ski, bike, and waterpark at Silver Mountain. Lookout Pass is a 20 minute drive right to the lift.

There are 3 true bedrooms however our large bonus room which we have set up as our gym has a queen size Murphy bed in it for the 4th bedroom. We also have a loft space overlooking the living room that we have set up a daybed and trundle. There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths.

The listing says “not suitable for babies/children” because there aren’t child safety measures in place. (i.e., no cabinet locks, baby gates, outlet covers, no cordless blinds, rails/heights with no guard, etc.) We also have some adult themed decor.

Cleaning supplies and alcoholic beverages are not locked up so please supervise pets and anyone under the age of 21.

For winter bookings: the roads to our driveway are paved and plowed but if snow is in the forecast, an AWD vehicle is recommended as we are on a hill.
-No smokers. There are exterior cameras. Anyone caught smoking on premise will be asked to leave without a refund. Any smoke smell or cigarette butts found will result in at least a $500 fine.
-Please remove shoes while in the home.
-Pet policy: No cats. 3 dog limit. Please message us for any other instances. Please clean up after your pup!
-Please do not ride bikes along the side of the house to the backyard as it messes up our stone scape and will result in a charge to repair the landscaping This is a non-smoking property
Please do not allow pets on the furniture. Failure to comply may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Please do not leave pets unattended
Please remove shoes upon entering the property.
Please do not bring bikes, sand toys, floating devices or any other recreational item that may track sand or dirt into the property.
Please do not move the furniture or decor unless necessary. And if moving an item is necessary, please return it to its proper place prior to your departure.
Please use the “guest” account for all TV streaming services where applicable.
Please be courteous of the neighbors, no excessive noise after 9PM.

Breaking of any rules above will be considered a violation of the rental agreement and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation
