Our four bathrooms merge practicality with style. Each one is sizable and fitted with modern fixtures, including well-lit mirrors, sinks, comfortable showers, and bathtubs. The neutral tones create a serene atmosphere, the perfect setting to indulge in a hot, relaxing bath or a refreshing shower. Essential toiletries are provided in each bathroom, adding an extra layer of convenience to your stay.

The property is situated in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, characterized by large, separate plots that offer privacy. The major attraction in proximity is the Myra Canyon, just a 5-minute walk away. This trail is perfect for biking, walking, or simply soaking in the views.

Getting Around:
While public transportation is not readily accessible, guests are recommended to bring their own car for ease of commuting. Ample parking space is available for cars or motor homes. Taxi or Uber services are also available, and there's a bike rental station nearby for the adventurous ones. The nearest airport, train station, and major highway are all conveniently located within a 10-minute drive.

Host Availability and Guest Access:
Your host will be available all day, reachable by phone or text, to assist you with any queries or needs. In addition, a dedicated guest mobile app will be provided, featuring details about the house, amenities, and local recommendations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Guests will have full access to the main house and the spacious yard. Please note that there is a separate cabin on the property, reserved for owner use and not accessible to guests.

Noise Monitoring:
Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn't record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone.

Exterior Cameras:
For added safety, we have cameras outside the property. These cameras monitor who comes and goes and help secure the area. They are only for security and placed in common areas facing the entrance places, and around the property's perimeter, respecting your privacy while keeping the property safe.

Insurance:
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact.

Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use SUPERHOG to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
