Sleeps 8 guests, fully stocked with dishes, linens, bedding, cookware, washer , dryer, no rear neighbors behind pool .

Grill can be rented for $85 per week.

Home was just as pictured, clean with all the comforts and amenities, clear wast communication with the property management, quiet neighborhood, proximity to groceries. Overall exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend.

The stay was great! We enjoyed being able to have the freedom of a house and the kids loved the pool! The only thing we ran into was getting into the gated community. I had to go in and show my license because I wasn’t on the books but overall it was great. I would definitely stay here again!!!

The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The pool was a great way to end the day after being outside all day. Also enjoyed a relaxing pool day at the house. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host was quick to respond when we had a question. Would stay again. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful home, this home happened to be located within walking distance from the family we were visiting. We enjoyed the pool time with our family. The house could fit our whole family could fit into this beautiful home. I am hoping to return with everyone next time. We loved it. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

A Stay to Remember

This house was well prepared for the family. The pool was perfect. Everything we needed was there, including season for food. Only con was there was a few roaches in the dresser but i can't blame host could be someone that brought them there. Once we killed the two we seen, we didn't see anymore. Will definitely be renting again

Family Vacation

The book stated there is bugs. And it was a lot but instead of stating it in the house book why not stop the problem put something out to solve the problem . Also house was very dusty the cleaners obviously clean around everything then left an envelope for a tip. Yeah right. The tip is to get another cleaning company. I mean really dusty and dirty under everything. A lot of bees are in the front bush of the house. Door knob kept falling off in master room .

I wish the people that stayed there before us would have posted their comments prior to me booking. The house was clean but there were still roaches everywhere. We ended up buying roach traps and bug spray to keep my kids from freaking out. It was too late to cancel and book something else.The AC unit leaked into the bedroom near the bathroom. The pool was something my kids looked forward too, but it was dirty when we arrived. The owner did swnd someone out the next morning to clean it. But the netting over the pool was so gross from birds and other creatures pooping and it would dirty up the pool.. you can barely see the pump running in the pool, So the kids only use it 1 day out of the 4 days we were there.

Hi Erica , I am sorry to see feedback and such a low review . Last 7 sets of guests left 10/10 and five star reviews. I have no messages about bugs, or ac leaking at all and that is something we would have needed to know about right away. Pool was cleaned weekly. Thank you for staying and we are sorry you had a bad time.
