Welcome to the Smoky Rooster cabin! Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, this high-end, newly remodeled cabin offers a luxurious and pet-friendly retreat for your vacation. Situated just a walking distance to the South Trolley stop, 2 minutes from the Parkway, 10 minutes from The Island at Pigeon Forge, 15 minutes from Dollywood, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you'll have easy access to all the attractions and natural beauty the area has to offer.

The cabin embraces a unique theme where guests can enjoy feeding hens and roosters outdoors. There's a hen house outside, and the owners provide chicken feed for you to refill during your stay. You can even collect fresh eggs during your visit, creating a fun and interactive experience with the local wildlife.

[OUTDOORS]
Outside, the landscaping is carefully manicured, and a watering system on a timer keeps everything looking vibrant. Hanging string lights add a magical touch to the outdoor ambiance. You can relax on the deck, equipped with outdoor Bluetooth speakers powered by Fosi Audio, and enjoy the company of friends and family around the custom-built firepit made by a local artist in Florida. The firepit area features crushed gravel and six Adirondack chairs for cozy gatherings. The owner also provides a s'mores starter kit for your enjoyment.

For some friendly competition, there's an outdoor foosball table and a basketball hoop. The game shed is stocked with entertainment options such as cornhole, putter ball, a beer pong table, a soccer ball, basketball, and Jenga. Rocking chairs on the deck offer a serene spot to unwind, and a 7-seater hot tub provides the perfect way to relax after a day of adventure. Outdoor dining for 8 allows you to enjoy meals al fresco, and the Traeger smoker using wood pellets and a gas-fired Weber grill are at your disposal for delicious barbecues.

[PETS]
We understand that your furry family members are an integral part of your vacation, which is why our cabin is pet-friendly. Your four-legged companions are more than welcome to join you on your Smoky Mountain getaway (please consider this if you do not have pets or in case you have allergies).

We charge a fee of $125 per stay regardless of the number of pets you are bringing.
You will need to enter the number of pets to the guest list so that the nightly price can be adjusted accordingly.
If you bring a pet without adding them to the guest list then we will assess the $125 fee

[INDOORS]
Moving indoors, you'll find a cozy and inviting atmosphere. There's a fireplace to keep you warm on chilly nights, and the cabin is equipped with 400 Mbps WiFi for your connectivity needs. The living area features a 65-inch Roku TV with cable, perfect for movie nights. You can also enjoy some retro gaming fun with the arcade game and Super Nintendo.

[SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS]
The bedrooms in the Smoky Rooster cabin are all furnished with queen-sized beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The bunk beds are queen-sized and can accommodate two guests each, and there's a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. The sleeper sofa comes with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

[YOUNG CHILDREN]
For families traveling with young children, an assortment of board games is provided. Additionally, there is a Graco pack n play and a high chair with padding, straps, and a retractable food tray.

[BATHROOMS]
The bathrooms are custom-built and feature tiled walk-in showers, high-end copper sinks, rainfall shower heads, and custom-made glass doors. The tankless water system ensures an endless supply of hot water. Bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, and all the linens are made of soft white cotton.

[KITCHEN]
The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances, including an oven with a built-in air fryer. You'll also find a KitchenAid mixer, a high-end blender, a waffle maker, a pancake pan, a sushi rice maker, a slow cooker, and a large Keurig coffee maker. Champagne glasses, a stainless steel farmer sink, a large toaster, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, and barbecue utensils are also provided, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary adventures.

[LAUNDRY FACILITIES]
Convenience is key, and the cabin features an extra-large stackable washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent. We also have a retractable clothes line in the laundry room for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

[OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE]
• With the cabin being in the mountains you might lose cell service. We recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.
• Since this cabin is in the woods, you will see bugs and bees. We do have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.
• You might encounter bears. These are wild and dangerous animals so please do not approach them or feed them. Do not leave your car doors open, even when going inside the cabin for just a few minutes.
• Always lock your car – bears have been known to open car doors.
• Always dispose all trash in the bear-proof receptacle outside the cabin.
