Enjoy your stay in this beautiful rancher in the scenic, quiet neighborhood of Glen Arm, Baltimore County. Minutes from Loch Raven Reservoir, Gunpowder State Park, many hiking and biking trails. Minutes from the beltway & I95. Thirty minutes to the Baltimore Inner Harbor, National Aquarium, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, Ft. McHenry Fells Point also 30 minutes to Harford county Sports Complex. Enjoy a game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards or M&T Stadium and so much more. Explore the many local vineyards which are 8 to 10 minutes away. Hunt Valley 20 minutes, Towson and Lutherville 15 minutes away.
The house has
1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Double bed. 2 full baths primary bedroom has a walk in shower with handicap built-in seat. 2nd bathroom has a tub with handicap bars. Fully equipped kitchen with double Wolf ovens and a Jen Air grill stove top. Large deck with 2 dinning tables. The 8 top dinning table turns into a shuffleboard table when removing the top panels. Private entrance with key pad lock. Up to 6 guest only for over night stays.
Home is handicap accessible.
Guests have access to the main level, deck area and front yard. Tenant resides on lower level. The back yard is for the downstairs tenants only.
