This 4 bedroom ranch was so very comfortable for our family. Property is neat, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was quite engaged and ensured that our stay was just right. Hghly recommended.

House looked exactly as pictured and was spotless and well cared for. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, located a convenient distance to HPU as well as shopping, restaurants and other High Point attractions. My family of five felt very comfortable and would definitely look to stay again while visiting my college student at High Point U. Carson was very responsive to our inquiries and extremely accommodating to our needs and requests. I would highly recommend this property to any family looking for a comfortable place to stay in the area.

Amazing House and Host

This place is beautiful! It's a comfy environment that is welcoming. My family loved how spacious the rooms were and the size of the common areas. The kitchen checked every box and met every need. We definitely want to stay again. We made some good memories and enjoyed the peace, quiet and serenity. The host responded to every message quickly and made us feel welcome. We felt seen and heard.

Graduation rental stay

Property what very nice, had a great time with family and friends. the yard should have been cut. Also the ceiling fan in the room with the double beds needs some WD 40. Its makes a loud noise when you turn it on.

Large clean home

We had a great stay. The location was 6 min from both Sedgefield Country Club and Furnitureland South. Very quiet. House is totally renovated and everything is new. Linens and furniture are very nice and comfortable. Great high end bath amenities and appreciated the welcome basket and coffee pods. House had 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large yard. Everything was very clean. We would definitely rent again. Good air conditioning!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home, and we felt warmly welcomed back and completely comfortable. The spacious, impeccably clean environment is perfect for our family visits, especially when our HPU student wants to get off campus and spend time with us. We highly recommend this property. Carson is very responsive to any requests, though we didn't need anything as everything was already perfect during our stay. Our previous visit was during hot weather, while this one followed severe storms and a heavy snowfall, yet the home was equally well-maintained and comfortable both times. Highly recommended!
