Our newly lower level renovated duplex is located beach block. The fully renovated unit has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, comfortable living room with a pull out couch and a smart TV. Modern fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. New furniture has been furnished through-out the house.

Outside features include front covered porch, outdoor private shower, Blackstone Grill and off-street parking.
