This gorgeous 2-story home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is just 15 minutes from the Village, the lake, ski resorts, hiking trails, golfing, the zoo, shopping center, and more!



The Space:

This grand home has plenty of space inside and out with a fully enclosed front deck, covered back deck, fully enclosed back yard, master suite with private bathroom, fireplace, and balcony, four additional rooms for a total of 10 beds, and two additional bathrooms for a total of 3 bathrooms. Don’t forget the living room with fireplace, huge bar area, and game room! Pet friendly!



Approaching the property:

After a scenic drive into the Fox Farm area, you'll pull up into the large driveway with plenty of parking (bring the boat!). The beautiful home is complemented with a large front deck, fully enclosed, which makes great space for photos with your loved ones at this pet friendly memory maker!



First Floor:

Enter the home into the large living room with a full couch, two lounge chairs, fireplace, and smart TV.



The dining area just off the kitchen has seating for 6 at the dining table and 4 at the barstools.



The kitchen has updated appliances including a large fridge, oven with range, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. With plenty of counter space, and pantry space, this kitchen makes cooking meals for any group a breeze!



Behind the living room and kitchen, you’ll find the huge bar and game area, along with the downstairs bathroom. Bring your favorite bartender to whip up drinks at the full-sized bar with couch (alcohol not included!). The well-lit game room has a ping-pong table, foosball table, and plenty of games.



Second Floor:

Upstairs you’ll find all five bedrooms boasting a total of 10 beds, two full bathrooms, and the washer and dryer for those longer stays.



The master suite has a king-size bed, wood stove, lounge chair, ceiling fan, private balcony (front), and completely updated bathroom with a massive walk-in shower and dual sinks.



The second bedroom has a day bed with trundle for 2 beds total, plenty of natural lighting, and a smart TV.



The third bedroom has a king-size bed, lounge chair, plenty of dresser space, and a personal vanity all in a very well-lit room with front of property views.



The fourth bedroom, or “kids’ room,” has a full bed and bunk beds with trundle for a total of 4 beds. This room also includes desk space and a smart TV.



The fifth bedroom has a bunk bed (full bottom, single top), lounge chair, dedicated fold out ironing board, and backyard views through the window.



Upstairs bathroom with walk-in shower and handheld shower head.



Backyard:

The fully enclosed yard has a covered deck with picnic table and BBQ grill (propane), as well as an additional picnic table in the yard itself. There is plenty of space for the kids, pets, and adults to run around and play.

Guest Access:

Guests are free to use the entire home including the garage and outdoor space; however, the supply closet is locked and off limits.
