Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible,

NOTE: For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the entrance parking area. There are no cameras inside the property.

Our stay at Black Oak - Container Home was fantastic. The home was clean and well kept. The area is very safe. There was even grass area for my dogs to do their business. I loved this little spot! It was a perfect distance from Downtown Waco, yet still in the country to get some peace. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The cabin was the perfect size, was clean and felt homey. Will definitely be coming back!
