This newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse has everything you need right on site. This unit faces the boat harbor and is steps to the Dolphins Restaurant for water front dining. The clubhouse has a beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna with BBQ grills and a weight room. You can also take a Tiki Cruise with Captain Dave and see a variety of wildlife! No two cruises are the same! Bring your boat! ( you can rent a slip) or rent a boat, kayak, paddle boat or just take in the views. Paradise awaits! Make sure you download the Launch app so you know when launches are scheduled:) If you are bringing a boat and want to rent a slip please call the marina for availability at 321-343-5322. The cost is $50.00 per night and parking is free for the trailer. Welcome home!

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed this home and area so much! The home was clean and beautiful and we felt so welcome there. We loved the views of the boats out the back. We also loved the convenience and atmosphere of the restaurant right next door. We had such a great experience staying here.

Wildlife and Sunshine

Very clean and updated. Outfitted with everything you need for fun in the sun. Enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins daily as they cruise the channel. Close to Cocoa Beach. Easy access to Orlando.

Family Visit and Holiday Celebration

Lovely unit! Very comfortable! Family of 3 adults & 2 children. There was everything we needed in the home, and we were walking distance to the restaurant, marina and pool (although too chilly to swim!) we were just a few minutes from our family members’ home, and had a great visit. We would rent again!
