Spacious Pet-Friendly Beach Home

This beautiful vacation beach home is tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac neighborhood just 2-1/2 blocks from the beach. You will experience amazing views of rocket launches from the balcony! Brand new luxury vinyl plank floors were just installed and the house is tastefully decorated with a designers touch. With over 2,000 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a living room downstairs and family room upstairs, this property is ideal for families and pet friendly. Located in Cape Canaveral, it's close to the Port, Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, and all the area has to offer.

Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant and only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement is required per City of Cape Canaveral ordinances.

This was a lovely duplex property in a quiet cul-de-sac. There was no issue with the neighbors. It is close to everything you'd want to do in the area. The kids loved the loft space.

Pro'sGreat layout, big house, very intentionally supplied with snacks, towels detergent etc. certainly clean from house keeping perspective, lots of towels.Con'sWe booked knowing it was pet friendly, but the smell was pretty abrasive. We were visiting my parents so we spent most of our time away from the house- it was not as bad upstairs.Could use a few more lights for night entryThermostat will not go below 70, which was higher than limit anywhere we have stayed before. I feel that should be disclosed in rental agreement. Asked about it, their response is attached.

My husband and I grew up in the Seattle, WA area and through our careers moved to Florida 15 years ago. We absolutely love it here in the Cocoa/Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. Our 2 young adult children and my parents live in the area as well. We enjoy traveling and spending time with our family. We also have a passion to renovate and decorate homes and have done several properties. It just seemed a natural fit to combine our love of travel with renovating to provide homes that we could share with others as a vacation rental.

We live just 15 minutes away and are available for any questions, concerns, or needs throughout your stay. As your host, my goal is to make sure you have a wonderful vacation experience at our beach home.

Why they chose this property

It's only a couple of blocks to the beach. Many of the neighbors are full time residents that live and work in Cape Canaveral year-round. This is not your typical row of townhouses that are all rented out and managed by large uncaring property management companies. Our property is one of only a few short term rentals available on the street and we personally manage it. This is a true live like the locals vacation experience. All the yards are well maintained and all the neighbors know each other. It's a special place. That's why we are strict about quiet hours and no street parking out of respect for our neighbors and to maintain the unique quality of the neighborhood. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway with a true "live like a local" experience, this is it!
