Welcome to Coyote Run Refuge, a split-level residence nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood in Truckee. The historic downtown district, with its well-preserved 19th-century buildings, is home to places like Bespoke and Riverside Studios, offering unique, locally-made goods. POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 8, excluding children under (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles, the driveway is short, flat, and managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA). In winter, the driveway is regularly plowed for your convenience. However, due to the requirements of snow removal, parking is only permitted in the garage during winter months, providing space for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
4.This area is under construction. Noise and construction equipment may be present during daytime hours in the coming months. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
5. This property does not feature a private yard, a shared outdoor space is available for use.
6. Access to beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella are available seasonally.
