As you step through the front door for the first time, you'll be greeted by the inviting ambiance of our home. The main floor opens up to a stunning modern kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living area, thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating for relaxation and enjoyment.

On this floor, you'll also find two tastefully decorated queen bedrooms, offering a serene retreat for a peaceful night's sleep. A full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.

As you make your way upstairs, you'll discover four generously sized king bedrooms, exuding elegance and comfort. These rooms provide ample space for rest and rejuvenation, and two bathrooms are available, one of which is connected to the luxurious master suite, offering an extra touch of luxury and convenience.

For entertainment, the top floor awaits, providing a spacious area perfect for movie nights and creating memorable experiences. Unwind and enjoy your favorite films in this dedicated entertainment space, complete with cozy seating and a large 85 inch screen.

Stepping off the 1st floor bonus rear living room, you'll find a charming patio adorned with a unique hanging chair, creating a delightful spot to relax and soak up the surrounding views. This patio leads to a beautifully landscaped backyard, featuring a fire pit and a BBQ grill, where you can gather with loved ones, enjoy delicious meals, and create lasting memories.

You have access to the entire property. Also we wanted to note, Pine tree lake is a short 5 minute walk behind the house. You and the family are free to swim and use the playground with your amenities badge.

You can walk the streets but driving is easier to get to the community amenities.

Emerald Lakes Community offers lake and beach access during the summer months. There's an indoor heated pool plus an outdoor pool for your use. The community center is open daily and includes a bar & grill, indoor game room at the community center, playground, volleyball court and tennis court.
You can rent a boat or bring your own and go fishing. There's a $10 boat registration fee for your own boat and there are not gas motors allowed, electric only. All fishing in PA requires a fishing license which costs about $30 and is easily attained by visiting the PA Fish & Boat Commission website. There are plenty of bass and other fish. Catch and release only.
Community amenties such as beach and pool access require a badge from the welcome center. $15 per person for 1-day pass. $20 for 3-day pass. 7-day pass $40. This fee is paid by the guest if you choose to use the community amenities. Children 2 and under are free.
Don't leave fire pit unattended and fully extinguish when finished
Setting off any fireworks is strictly prohibited and illegal
Please respect the the quiet hours of 10pm-8am
Vehicles must be parked in the driveway max of 6, anywhere else can result in a fine
Speed limit in the community is 25mph
All trash must be put bagged and placed in the garbage cans located in shed l on the side of the house
Badges must be purchased and in your possession while using any amenities and all vehicles must display the association issued identification

Any Rules broken can result in a fine at the guests expense
