This house met all our needs. We were attending a wedding and enjoyed being so close to center of the town. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the freedom of the backyard.
Charming house and even had a book about the history and the renovation process great experience. Street noise was a little more than you would like, but not too bad.
We made a quick overnight to celebrate my mom’s birthday and picking up our daughter from college. The house is charming and comfy, next time we will stay longer.
Loved the 1890's rebuild/remodel! It was SO quaint!! Beds were comfy. Very little road noise ever noticed. Huge back yard (wish we would've brought our pup but next time!) Also wish we'd have been able to stay longer. Close enough to town yet just outside enough to not have a lot of foot traffic nearby. Fire pit, cornhole etc for evening fun. I bet the apples are amazing come September timeframe.
Great communication with host! The location is next to a Seven Eleven which surprised us a little, but overall no complaints. They've done a good job fencing in the property and the outside area was great for small kids to run around in. And the apples to pick were a neat surprise!
Overall the place is nice- very nice host and very clean. That said- it was on a busy road. Only one bathroom downstairs was not enough for our family especially with all the bedrooms upstairs.
Well stocked and lots of care put into making the older farmhouse “new”. Great outdoor space and the host really wants you to enjoy your stay. Super attentive. Right across from Linfield, which is a beautiful morning walk. A bit of a further walk to downtown. I didn’t realize it when booking but all the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs so steeper creaky stairs were an issue during the night for our folks. Good value stay.
Farmhouse was in a perfect location, close to Linfield and the kids walked to and from their dorms easily. The AC was already on and the house was cooled down which was very appreciated since we were in triple digits. Home was spacious to host a dinner for my daughter and her friends and the kitchen was perfect for making large homecooked meals. There were enough pots and pans. Spacious area for a gathering and the backyard was great to sit around the fire-pit, talking story while the kids played cornhole. Kids walked next door to 7-11 for ice cream and snacks. Close drive to Walmart and grocery stores. The beds were comfortable for four adults and two kids - everyone had their own space with three bedrooms. Host was very accommodating for early check-in to drop off luggage although we didn't get into town until 5pm.Wished we stayed longer; will definitely be back! This is our favorite property in McMinville so far - home away from home.
It has a great backyard and convenient location to do wine tastings. The description didn’t say you had to climb a very steep set of stairs to use the bathroom, which was tough in the middle of the night, but it was a charming house and had a huge backyard that the dogs loved. It was a super dog, friendly location, we had a great visit.

The house is an older, charming stay. It is in a busier area so a bit more noise and traffic than expected otherwise it was a cute house.
