We loved staying here ! The house was beautiful and plenty of room to host my family for christmas. We had everything we needed and more ! I would absolutely recommend!
Amazing property! Clean, well stocked with essentials, and plenty of room to stretch out and share a meal together. Charming and cozy. Beds were also super comfy!
The house was in a great location and everything was pretty clean. Love the style of the house and all its functions. Was nice to come back to after being out and about. Will definitely stay again when we do another trip. Jared was also a great host!
Wonderful family home in the heart of the best part of Tacoma. We came for a memorial service, and were able to show our kids where their mom grew up. We had a wonderful stay, and Jared was a great host!
We were in town for visiting family here and this house met our needs perfectly. The host is very accommodating.
The house is very comfortable and neighborhood is very nice.
As soon as me and my group walked into the house it felt very welcoming and cozy. Listing's amenities were accurate, and the best thing of all was the quick and easy communication between the host! Overall, a property worth your time and would definitely come back again if in the Tacoma area.
This house offered a lovely stay for families who gathered in Tacoma for a memorial service. The 3rd floor proved to be a hideaway for young cousins. The large kitchen table was the preferred gathering place for adult siblings and spouses to talk well into the night or to enjoy morning coffee while the youngsters watched cartoons in the adjoining living room. Ideally close to many Tacoma dining spots and to the park which was great for walking excursions.
Property was awesome, you can definitely tell they enjoy running a vacation rental and put a lot into it. Home was clean, everything was nice, etc.
The family definitely lives there when it's not being rented out. Very lived-in. Family photos on the wall style. Also, a religious vibe for sure (bible scriptures as decor).
Would definitely stay again!
The house was as advertised, but parking is difficult for large groups during the week because of the construction behind the building, which reduces the available parking lots. Additionally, no street parking is allowed from 9 to 5 on most roads surrounding the house.
Our group had a very enjoyable stay at this home. The property was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for accommodating a larger group. There are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. Providing a guest closet would be particularly helpful, as we were visiting for a wedding and did not have a convenient place to hang dresses and formal attire. Due to ongoing construction in the surrounding area, we noticed a light layer of dust throughout the house. In addition, the guest and third-floor showers were missing curtain liners, which appears to be an easy oversight to correct. Overall, this is a lovely home with great potential, and with a few minor adjustments it would be even better for future guests.
Jared’s place was like a dream. Everything from the bedrooms to main living areas were beautifully decorated and had such a homey feeling. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need from pots and pans to mugs for coffee. My kiddos loved having a drum set and plenty of books to read. As a homeschool family we really appreciated the many classic titles and even the big dining table to get any school done on. Overall would highly recommend. It was gorgeous and that porch swing and hot tub? Y’all!!!!
