The Sand-Bar Summary:

Summary:
The Sand-Bar has 4 bedrooms (6-beds / sleeps ten), 3 baths, 2 balconies, a living room, and a well-stocked kitchen and pantry, with gas grill and blackstone for those who want to cook. Each room comes with its own smart TV if you want to find solitude and relax behind a closed door.
The 2-car garage has a dart board, cornhole boards and a ping pong table. We are just 3 blocks off the beach and centrally located to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops and live music.

The Space:
We are well equipped for beach time - 2 beach chairs, bocce ball set, sand toys, cooler, beach towels and blanket. If you simply can’t unplug from work, take advantage of our home office set-up in the master bedroom.

After spending the day at the beach, come back and shower-off in the outside shower, with both hot and cold water, as well as stocked soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
