Custom-built spacious home that sleeps 15 comfortably. Sits on deep water on quiet side of lake - 15 minutes from outlet mall, cinema's, and restaurants galore. Great water for skiing and tubing for those of all ages. Great fishing for those who enjoy. Wooded area on one side and back of house allows for deer and bird watching.

Family Vacay

The pictures does not give this home justice. It was absolutely beautiful and so clean. We had the best time and communication was top notch. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend. We got a lot of inquires from family and friends about seeing pictures.

A lot of dead bugs and cobwebs inside the house. Check out the window sills of the atrium windows. Dead bugs everywhere. Cobwebs everywhere on the deck, railings and around doors. Spiders crawling on the patio umbrellas. Some of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Some of the bathroom soap dispensers were empty. Some bathrooms did not have enough wash clothes. We finally located the extra ones in the master bath closet. Some wash clothes looked like they were still dirty.That house needs a good cleaning inside and out. Dead bugs in some of the indoor light fixtures. Some of the supposed queen beds were full size, not queen. The layout of the house is perfect for a large family gathering but it needs TLC.There is a broken spindle in the railing overlooking the downstairs.

Everything about this place was first class. The house is amazing. The owners were a pleasure to work with. The location is nice and quiet. Our whole family absolutely loved this place. We are already booked to come back next year.

Great location

The house was beautiful and the grounds were awesome. Great spot on lake unless you like all the popular bars and attractions. Very quiet location with low boat traffic. Would definitely return!

June 2023 Lake Vacation

This is an amazing property and it’s location is the best on the lake! We had a total of 12 family members from age 2 to age 66. Plenty of comfortable space in this home for all of us. Really couldn’t have been a better vacation!

Another incredible trip

Stayed here again (this is our 4th time) and it was just as awesome as always. House was perfect, from the open spaces and many bedrooms to the pool table and beautiful private large dock. Caught tons of fish and soaked in the sun in between tubing on the Lake. See you next year!

Lots of room to spread out

Spacious home with good sized dock. Our group of 9 had plenty of room. The pool table and corn hole game were hits. The home needs just a bit of TLC If you're seriously nit picky this place might not be at the top of your list but if you want to go and relax and have a good time It's for you! - Mgmt is great about responding to your texts. - The water was very peaceful and it was great at this time of year - it was like we were the only ones on it

Perfect family getaway

This home was well appointed, exactly as advertised, in a great location. Correspondence was quick and accurate. We had a family of 10. Children ages 9-17. Plenty of room for all. Wished the kitchen table were bigger as it only sat 8. Not convenient for eating together or games. But, we knew that from the pictures provided by the property manager. Still a great house. We would return!

Overall we had a wonderful time. Age range was 4 mo - 71.

We loved the large table for meals and especially game nights. Only a couple of small issues, not enough TP or garbage bags, tv remote in master had no batteries or back to it. we made sure the ladder was up every day when done, but smaller ladder was down when we got there and slimey but we did put it up. we did not see in advance that there were pack and plays, which would have saved on some packing. But all of these are little things and did not prohibit us from having a great time!

This is a wonderful house, great location, lots of extras for everyone to have a great time. Our only suggestion is upgrade the mattresses through out the house. The king was fine but the rest were not comfortable for any of us of any age.

While the house has a good layout and is in a great location, it was not clean. There was an excessive amount of half used condiments left in the fridge, crumbs in the drawers, and a general sense of clutter and disorganization throughout the pantry and kitchen. The dock was large with nice space for us and the boat but it was filthy and clearly not maintained. It was covered in bugs, bird droppings, and spiderwebs, making it unusable without cleaning. When I asked the owner for a hose to rinse it off, they indicated it was cleaned at the beginning of the season which was not enough, and did not offer how to solve the problem. Duct tape holds together parts of the dock roof which leaked in spots. The top oven shown in the pictures was missing, which was frustrating since we plan meals around what’s available.This property has potential, but it needs a deep cleaning, accurate listing updates, and much better upkeep to be a worthwhile rental. As longtime Ozarks visitors, this was not up to basic cleanliness standards.

Family vacay 2025

This house was absolutely beautiful! Online pictures dont do it justice. We had a large family and there was planty of space for everyone. Downfall was no cell reception so my messages to host i dont believe were going through.
