This Beautiful HUGE house is located Rocky Mount, MO and is Lake Front Property. It is over 5,100 square foot.

This property features a Large kitchen that is fully equipped, several large living spaces, 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A Beautiful Master Bedroom, with amazing views. Walk in shower, Jacuzzi tub, absolutely relaxing with a private deck.

This home is FAMILY FRIENDLY!! Lots of stuff for everyone to enjoy . We have a lot of space. This home is perfect for large families or couples wanting to get away. Close to everything that you love to do at the Lake of the Ozarks!!

We also have two tiered covered decks all along the house with furniture to sit outside. Great for a quite cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Large Private Concrete Dock over3700 square foot, it doesn't move with the waves, safe for children. Also, has three boat slips, 3 PVC lifts, and a swim platform. Plenty of room to hang out, fish and have a good time. The dock has a sink with fresh running water to clean the fish you catch.

Beautiful home and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! We will definitely be coming back! This was totally our mistake, but to make things easier, if you are bringing your own boat, drop the boat off at the ramp first, then bring the rest of your things to the house.

Fantastic house

We rent a house every year for our kids and grandkids. This was by far one of our favorites! House was beautiful and the dock was amazing. We have a 460 searay and this is the first time we’ve had a slip big enough for our boat. Grandkids had a fun time swimming off the dock and jumping off the high dive.

We had our family of 16 for a family vacay! Great time. Large group but plenty of room without getting in each others way-plenty of space for everyone. Loved the decks and boat dock. We took a boat, kayaks, paddle board inflatables. Perfect for use in our cove. Dustin was great to work with. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of room to move around in. Just an overall great place. We loved it!

60th Wedding Anniversary Family Celebration

This was the perfect place for our family! Everyone had their own space so we weren't on top of one another. It was hot so we spent lots of time on the really large dock and in the water. Rented a pontoon and used one of the waverunners there. Glad to be off the main channel. So many BIG boats out there.

We have been renting homes down in Ozarks with the same 5 couples (10 of us) for the past 10 years. This home was the best we’ve rented, hands down. Plenty of room to spread out, great dock, and perfect location. Home was very clean and got to meet the homeowner when we arrived. Super Host! After a decade, are no longer in search of our go-to. This is it!

Outstanding property!

This property was amazing and was perfectly set up for 7 couples and 2 teens. We WILL be booking this property again. Property host was personable and answered all our questions, assisted with boat lift on the dock. The dock accommodated all three of our boats. The driveway and street parking for 6 vehicles, a motorcycle, and 3 boat trailers was just fine. Looking forward to booking again. Thank you, Dustin.

Super nice property!

We had extended family - total of 15 - stay for a week. There was so much room we were never on top of one another. The property was clean, listing was 100% accurate, and have everything in the kitchen we needed. It is the best property we've stayed at in the past 5 years of our annual family vacation. My knees hated the stairs -- but I'm old! LOL Definitely a property we will stay at again when going to the Ozarks!

Fabulous Getaway

The house was great, plenty of room for our group of 12. The kitchen was well laid out and easy for everyone to work in. The beds were very comfortable, and there were enough for everyone. The bathrooms were clean and very well laid out and equipped . The dock was large and there was seating enough for all of us. There was enough dock space for the 22 foot tri-toon and 2 wave runners. Practically Perfect! In every way…

Our family - 12 of us total (6 kids ages 9 to 17) absolutely loved this spacious and beautiful home for the week. We brought our boat down- super easy to find the slip and a nice dock and lift to store it in. Plenty of space in the driveway to park multiple cars as well as the boat trailer! Lots of fun things inside to do for the kiddos- pool table, piano (they did a concert!), movies etc. Kitchen was well stocked and super easy to feed a ton of people there. The bedrooms all had fans (YES!) and the multiple bathrooms were clean and worked well for our size group. Wifi allowed for my sis to do some necessary work meetings and ample space for us all to spread out and have quiet things going on at the same time as games and rowdiness! Dustin was super attentive- answered all of my texts very quickly! The cove is a little busy- but it did not keep us from swimming, tubing, fishing, kayaking, and simply hanging on the dock. Worst part of our trip was leaving!!! Thanks Dustin! We will definitely be back!!!

A wonderful place to stay and make family memories!

In spite of the frigid temperatures, we were able to totally enjoy this beautiful house. This was our second year to stay at this house. Our only repeat house because it fits all our needs. The Christmas decor was amazing. Thanks Dustin for always being available. You are the greatest.
