Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1297 sq. ft modern apartment. Settled in a quiet, restful space yet close to everything. Beautiful views and only a walk away from the Jordan Parkway Trail which weaves in and out of urban areas, parks and marshy areas as it follows the Jordan River for nearly 50 miles, where you can enjoy walking, running, and biking. 20 minutes from the airport and downtown Salt Lake City. Parking on the premises.

Nice apartment/condo in a great location

My son and I stayed here March 2024. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The bedding was comfortable, the place was clean, everything worked, and the neighbors are quite. I particularly liked the coffee supply, and large TVs with ROKU. My only complaint is that my SUV with roof rack (for our skis) was too high to fit under the designated covered parking spot that comes with the rental. Occasionally I had to park quite aways away from the apartment in the uncovered open parking because of the low clearance. Had I known about that I would have left the roof rack at home. Anyway, this is a really nice place and I hope to make it back soon!

Great Location For Skiing

We found this to be a spacious, quiet, well laid out apartment. Easy access and 30 minutes to great ski areas.
