Our property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to capture the essence of coastal living. The bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable beds and plenty of storage, guaranteeing a great night's rest. The living room is designed to be a cozy and inviting space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Ocean Beach. The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances you need to cook up a delicious meal and enjoy al fresco on the large patio. There is also a separate kitchenette off the third bedroom!

The real highlight of our property is its prime location in the heart of Ocean Beach. You'll be just a short walk away from the beach, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing. The famous Ocean Beach Pier is just a short walk away, as well as the quaint main street, Newport Ave, where you'll find plenty of unique shops, delicious restaurants, and bars.

Primary Bedroom – King bed (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2 – One bunk bed (sleeps 4) – full over full.
Bedroom 3 - One queen bed and one futon.
Living Room - One queen sized pull out sofa (sleeps 2).

You will have access to the entire home, the patio/yard, as well as the laundry in the garage. Parking is in the driveway with enough space for one large vehicle. There is also plenty of longterm, free street parking.

Please note this is NOT a party house.
NO additional guests on the property at any time. Please look at another property if you are considering hosting guests during your stay.
Gatherings of any size are strictly prohibited.
No smoking in or anywhere around the property.
There is a 2 small pet maximum, or one larger (50 lbs or less).
