Our cozy home is located in North Austin, situated right in-between the two major highways in Austin. The home features three bedrooms, one king bed, one queen bed, and a queen pull-out, a comfortable living room, a desk, a full kitchen & laundry area, and everything you’d need to live comfortably for a long stay. We also have a property manager who lives within walking distance.
Our cozy home is located in North Austin, situated right in-between the two major highways in Austin, i35 & Mopac. This means you can jump on either highway within about five minutes and get to anywhere in Austin with ease. Downtown is usually about twenty minutes away, but popular areas like the Domain are only a ten-minute drive.
In terms of the home itself, we have two full bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king. There is a third bedroom with a pull-out couch, and all three bedrooms have TVs. In our living room, you can enjoy a 60” TV or park up at a small desk in the corner of the room. Our kitchen comes stocked with all the plateware and silverware you’ll need, as well as a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and oven. We also have a washer and dryer in the laundry room. There are two full restrooms, one of which is attached to the master bedroom; one bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the other has a full bath/shower combo.
We have no backside neighbors, so you can easily access the large field out back for a five or ten minute walk to the nearby coffeeshop or a few small restaurants in a local strip.
Our property manager, James, lives a short walk away and will be available to help as needed.

This house is beautiful and if you cook (like I love to do) the kitchen is fully stocked with so many dishes and pans you can make any meal. It is located close to H. E. B. And anything else you need as well and is also very close to the airport! The host is kind and responsive! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Austin. 5 star place for sure!
This cozy home was the perfect spot for us while finding an apartment for our daughter, whose company just transferred her to the Austin area. It is beautifully updated with luxury upgrades like Lutron lighting, gorgeous tile in the bathrooms and quality fixtures. The location is also ideal -- close to major freeways, shopping (including both Costco and Sam's Club), and restaurants. They even include a sheet with favorite restaurants, which was much appreciated. The property manager lives nearby and responded promptly when we had questions. Overall we were thrilled with this home and cannot recommend it highly enough!
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood off Mopac in far northwest Austin and is close to Round Rock and I-35. The living area has comfortable recliner sofas and a small desk. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our longer stay. Kitchen has electric stove and cooktop with microwave above it.There is plenty of street parking available but we appreciated that we could park one car in the garage. Two cars can fit side by side in the driveway. The master bath has a tub/shower combination and the 2nd bath has a walk-in shower. The front entrance and back porch have ramps for easy access. I would recommend this rental for both short term and longer stays.
