We loved staying at Windymile. Inside--clean, simple & straightforward. Outside---a great fireplace, porch with overhang, plenty of space and best of all, spectacular views of the mountains

Great location with everything you need

Thank you to Audrey for her great communication and hospitality. Very comfortable beds and the views from the front porch are gorgeous. Close proximity to Lexington and Goshen pass. I will be back with my family later this year.

Fantastic spot.

The cabin is a wonderful retreat. Dogs loved the fenced front yard. The area hiking is great and fairly close. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.

We built this Lexington Virginia Cabin in 2010 due to the quiet setting, and the proximity to The Goshen Wildlife management area. The recreational opportunities are without compare. Its proximity to Lexington VA and The VA Horse Center make it an ideal location for a Vacation Destination in the Shenandoah Valley of VA

What makes this property unique

The views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and southern Shenandoah Valley in this quiet setting are without equal. It is just two minutes to Goshen Pass, with its swimming, fishing, hiking, and canoeing. It is 6 miles to the Horse center, with no stop lights!
