The living room couches and chairs are comfortable, and upgraded marble kitchen counters and freshly painted cabinets sparkle. A cargo lift eases the transfer of bags and groceries to all floors.

It's only a short walk to the beach access (lifeguarded during the in season) or you can swim in your backyard private pool (10 x 20). The top-floor living room has a big, flat-screen HDTV with DISH and a Blu-ray player and is stocked with current videos, board games and a lending library of paperback books. Everyone will enjoy the mid-floor rec room with its own view of the ocean and flat-screen HDTV, PlayStation 3 and pool table.

"On The Beach" is located only minutes from golf, movies, shopping and right next door to the good food, wonderful island atmosphere and live music of the Rundown Café restaurant.
