Great house and location.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second year in a row at this property. We have been coming to the OBX for 30 years and rarely stay at the same property. This is one of the exceptions. Beach views and access are great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach place is wonderful. The customer service of Beach Realty not so much. I was unable to renew the same week for next year so I picked the following week. I waited the allotted time and was issued a contract only to have it cancelled due to realtor error.They have done nothing to resolve their error.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year staying in Bali Hai and it met all of our expectations, again. We had one maintenance issue and it was fixed within about 24 hours (probably would have been sooner, but it was a holiday when the issue was discovered). The rooms are spacious, the property has always been very clean - the mattresses are THE best I've ever had at a rental property!
