Crystal Shores 1201 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with breathtaking Gulf-front views from the east corner of the 12th floor. Located just a mile west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• New flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed.

• The on-site HOA enforces strict occupancy regulations. A maximum of six TOTAL guests per unit is permitted, and this policy will be strictly upheld.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal

Would book this condo again! Very clean, great view and accommodations were wonderful. The pool could definitely use an update but is not the condo owners fault.

The stay was great. We arrived early before check in. One call and we was quickly allowed to go ahead to our room. Loved that ! The only things I seen was maybe fix some of the furniture. The coffee table literally is separated and coming apart. Also maybe update the dryer. It was not working when we arrived, but the management was swift to fix it. The repair man did advise it was very old.

Our family loved this condo. Beautiful views from wrap around balcony. Our daughter enjoyed the workout area. Pool area was very nice. Parking area very easy getting in and out. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is a corner unit with amazing views. The ocean was amazing and the property was clean. The only complaint we had was regarding the mattresses they need to be updated badly.

The unit was as described. The balcony ran around the corner and was of a huge convenience for bike storage. Everything that was essential was in operable condition. Also, loved the balcony access from bedroom! I would most likely book again.

Fantastic Experience

Unit was clean and updated. Views are amazing. It was still fairly cool the week we stayed, and they were painting the indoor pool area most of the time we were here. This was somewhat of an inconvenience, due to our 3 daughters not being able to swim inside. Overall, we had a great time and will be back.

Great view & location!

Really enjoyed the view and the oversized balcony. Walkable to center off gulf shores. Unit was very clean. Only suggestions would be to install black out curtains in both bedrooms. 2nd BR had no curtains at all and is right off the outdoor walkway. The lights are really bright outside for safety reasons.

Beautiful view! Love the decor! Very bright and airy! The only issues we had were that the kitchen supplies were pretty used and not enough of them. I would say housekeeping was in and out within 10 min. I found dirty cups, a bracket and it clearly was not vacuumed. I had to do a really good cleaning before we settled in. The sliding glass doors were extremely hard to open. The pool is really small but worked just fine and was clean. Beach access was perfect! Which let’s face it is most important. Parking spots are pretty tight and this room didn’t have a designated spot. All in all we had a great time and made lots of memories!

We loved our stay. Host was super attentive, we loved waking up to the ocean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We found a bug in the bathroom upon arrival but other than that it was great and we had no problems.

Beautiful views, clean, and well stocked.

We really loved our stay at Crystal Shores 1201. The condo was clean, comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need to cook with. The view to the east was perfect for morning coffee while watching the sun rise. The kids really enjoyed the game room, pool, and ease of access to the beach. Host communication was prompt and responsive. We even received daily texts about what color flag was flying that day. All in all it was a great stay. We would absolutely stay again.

Clean, good location

Good location, right on the water. Wish there were more rinse off stations coming off the beach. Would possibly stay there again, we just like to try out other places. We did have a little deal with a couple maintenance workers but got it worked out.
