Old Caribbean charm with so many new world amenities! Fully restored since Hurricane Irma. 3 bedroom (two masters) both with outdoor showers. Outdoor dining terrace, kitchen, and living room on one side of the terrace with bedrooms on the other side. Third bedroom is above kitchen with outdoor access from the new Admirals Deck. Ample outdoor covered and uncovered space. One of eight house on Sandy Ground Estate, with two beaches and a boat dock. Walk to Foxy's Taboo or dinghy over to B-Line Beach Bar, Sandy Spit or Sandy Cay.

What a beautiful house! We had 3 couples stay and loved the amount of room we had. Great kitchen, so many sitting areas, wifi, comfortable beds and the showers were fantastic. Great communication with our host too. I would definitely recommend having your own car for this location.

I was very impressed with the house. It was very clean. Easy to get to and enjoy the island. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this house for your stay. We rented a car and The host arranged for Leroy to show us to the property. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room and was well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great home and location

The house is gorgeous with fantastic views. With 2 beaches in close walking distance, the swimming was beautiful. We especially enjoyed having the dock to keep rented dinghies and kayaks there. Trips to our favorite bar, the B-line on Little Jost, were terrific! The location also allowed us to enjoy Sandy Cay, Sandy Spit, the Bubble Pool, Foxy's Taboo, and day trips to Great Harbor and White Bay. The owner and manager were both very responsive and helpful - an absolute pleasure! The rental is definitely on our list for a return visit!

Home is nice. Great views - however extremely remote.

The home’s location and distance from the road was so far that cab drivers would not even take you to front gate. Owner needs to amplify even more that you are isolated. No taxi will service this home due to risks of a rough, long unpaved road.

In need of a makeover

My review is to help owners for their benefit update the house for future guest. The house and location is very nice. We liked the view, the space for a family to share together in their vacation and the advantage of having a shared dock so close by the house is excellent. The hike to the house is not so bad but the house needs to be cleaned very thoroughly. Kind of a makeover. I sent detail explanation to inbox.
