Lovely home

The house is very nice just needs minor repairs kept up on. Needs to be better stocked with towels, linins, and household items. When I called to get some items they did respond and bring me some items. They made some repairs when I was there. Blinds didn't work properly. Little up keep needed. We had a nice stay thou.

There's ants at this property but the property is nice but I cleaned the property and didn't receive

Ant infestation

Luis was great at communicating and being responsive. 5 star host. His property looks like it was treated very poorly by a previous tenant. There were ants everywhere: kitchen., kitchen cupboards, bathroom sinks, floorboards, etc… I found some in my breakfast plate one morning too, hadn’t been there for 5 minutes at most. Whoever was in charge of cleaning the house before we got there did a terrible job. There were boot prints on the bedsheets and the couch, crumbs and other dirt under this dining room table, and the dishwasher was full, but dirty. Now Luis did send over as guy to spray the unit after I told him about the ants, but honestly there’s a bigger ant issue and spraying it won’t make it better. Otherwise great location for what we needed, and good weather all around.
