The downstairs area features an entry way that goes to a downstairs living room area with a smart TV and comfortable two set sofa.

The living room leads into a dining room area that also has a small work desk.

Past the living room is a full sized bathroom with standing shower. This bathroom leads into the downstairs area which features a queen mattress and small living area with a SmartTV.

The downstairs area also features a full sized kitchen stocked with everything you need to for a delicious dinner.

As you move upstairs, there is a full sized bathroom with standing shower and two bedrooms.

One bedroom has two full beds and a smart TV with closet access.

The second bedroom features a king bed with closet, smart TV, private bathroom, office desk, and balcony access.

The SmartTVs are set up for Bring Your Own Login. We don’t offer any streaming/cable services.

Great location

House was clean, appeared to be recently remodeled. Bathrooms were beautiful. House had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect, very accessible to all of our planned activities in Jacksonville

Great Place to Stay

We selected this property due to it’s proximity to Shands Hospital and we were very pleased with the cleanliness and convenience. The neighborhood is older and has a mixture of residents. It was quiet and I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. I was a little surprised to learn there was another tenant staying in a separate area of the home. The two spaces were adequately separated, however, the alarm would chime as the other tenant entered/exited their portion of the property. Regardless, the property severed our group well and provided a good place for us to rest while visiting our family during their hospital visit.
